DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS
We offer FREE standard delivery to the UK on all orders. We also have “Next Day” delivery option if you need your jewellery quicker than our standard 2-3 days delivery time.
ORDERS OUTSIDE UK
Shipping is within 24 hours of your order and is available worldwide (with some exclusions)* to residential addresses.
- Complimentary standard 2-3 days delivery on all purchases within the UK.
- Royal Mail 1st Class 1-day delivery: £4.50 (UK Only)
- Europe: 3-5 Working Days | £7 or Free on Purchases Over £60
- USA & Canada: 5-7 Working Days | £8 or Free on Purchases Over £80
- Rest Of The World: 3-7 Working Days | £8 or Free on Purchases Over £80
* Exclusions include North Korea, Syria, Iran, Iraq, Venezuela, Cuba
SPECIAL REQUEST FOR DELIVERY
If you have a special request regarding your delivery or have specific delivery instructions, please leave a note at the bottom of the checkout page. In addition, you can contact one of our Customer Service member on 0148 384 1216. Alternatively, send an e-mail to email@example.com with any requests you may have.
You are entitled to return your jewellery for any reason within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund (less any postage/shipping charge)
The first step of returning your purchase is to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order, you may then post the undamaged and unworn item in its original packaging to us.
RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 12 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
Note: your statutory rights are not affected. Where possible, items may be repaired on request but only where such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with a guarantee. It may be possible for us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear. There will be a charge for this service, which is to cover the cost of shipping and any other costs incurred.
If you have received an item from TruFlair as a gift you can return it for exchange. This must be done within the parameters outlined in this returns policy. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange your return. Alternatively, you can call our Customer Service at 0148 384 1216
RECEIVING A REFUND
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. The cost of any undamaged and unworn products correctly returned will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit or debit card.
